referee observer UEFA■ A UEFA match officer whose main duties are to support the UEFA Referees Committee by evaluating referee performances at the matches for which he is appointed and to analyse the performances with the referee teams and give comments and advice.► When appointed as a mentor for a fixed period with a specific referee talent, the referee observer contacts, supports and advises the referee talent regularly and reports to the Referees Committee's Sub-Committee for Mentors and Talents. The role of the match delegate, referee observer and/or stadium and security officer may be combined.■ UEFA-Spielbeauftragter, der unter anderem die UEFA-Schiedsrichterkommission unterstützt, indem er die Leistung von Schiedsrichtern bei UEFA-Spielen, für die er bezeichnet wird, bewertet, die Leistung nach dem Spiel mit dem Schiedsrichterteam analysiert und mündliche Kommentare und Ratschläge gibt.► Die Schiedsrichterbeobachter kontaktieren, unterstützen und beraten Schiedsrichtertalente regelmäßig, falls sie für eine bestimmte Zeit zum Mentor eines bestimmten Schiedsrichtertalents bezeichnet wurden, und erstatten der Unterkommission für Schiedsrichtermentoren und -talente Bericht. Die Rollen des Spieldelegierten, des Schiedsrichterbeobachters und/oder des Stadion- und Sicherheitsverantwortlichen können kombiniert werden. -
